Camphor-Soothed Banana Stem Biowaste in the Productivity and Sustainability of Solar-Powered Desalination

The increasing need for clean water can be attributed to a number of reasons, such as population growth, industrial development, and climate change. As result modern agricultural methods, the amount trash generated daily is also on rise. Waste management demand freshwater are two most pressing problems facing human race today in future. This study makes an attempt strike balance between these concerns by repurposing common biowaste, banana stem, collect solar energy desalination application. Banana stems work well interfacial because their capillarity fact that they float. Camphor-soothed were placed still thermal transfer it surrounding them, speeding up evaporation process resulting more freshwater. Over course three days, measurements taken with level held constant stem thickness bananas varied 0.5 1.5 cm. Enviro-economic studies quality analysis used calculate greenhouse gas emissions, carbon dioxide mitigation, credits obtained.
